Terms & Conditions
We offer contracts for a minimum of 1 and 3 months.
If a customer wants to take a trial of a worker, a non-refundable charge of PKR 2,000/- will be applied in advance.
Once the trial worker is approved, the trial charges will be adjusted in the Company Commission.
It will take a minimum of 2-3 working days to find a worker for the customer.
The following is our charges structure, which the customer will pay:
For a 1 Month Contract: Full Salary of the Worker.
For a 3 Month Contract: 2 Salaries of the Worker.
Pickup and Delivery Charges:
If the customer picks up the staff from the company, there is no extra service charge.
If the company delivers the staff to the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the taxi fare charged.Please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with the contract. شرائط و ضوابط
ہم کم از کم 1 ماہ اور 3 ماہ کے لئے معاہدہ پیش کرتے ہیں۔
اگر آپ ملازم کی ٹرائل لینا چاہتے ہیں تو 2000 روپے سروس چارجز ہوں گے جو کہ ناقابل واپسی ہوں گے۔
ٹرائل کے بعد مالک اور ملازم کی منظوری سے جو معاہدہ طے پائے گا، سروس چارجز ممبر شپ فیس میں ایجنٹ کر لئے جائیں گے۔
مالک کے لیے ملازم تلاش کرنے کے لئے کم از کم 2-3 دن درکار ہوں گے۔
کمپنی کے معاہدے کی پالیسی یہ ہے کہ سروس چارجز مالک ادا کرے گا، جو کہ معاہدے کے مطابق ہوں گے۔
چھ ماہ کے معاہدے کے مطابق ملازم کی ایک تنخواہ کے برابر سروس چارجز ہوں گے، جو کہ مالک کمپنی کو ادا کرے گا۔
ایک سال کے معاہدے کے مطابق ملازم کی دو تنخواہ کے برابر سروس چارجز ہوں گے، جو کہ مالک کمپنی کو ادا کرے گا۔
اگر کسٹمر کمپنی سے سٹاف کو خود پک کرتا ہے تو اضافی کسی قسم کے سروس چارجز نہیں ہوں گے
اگر کمپنی اپ کے پاس سٹاف کو ڈراپ کروائے گی تو کسٹمر کو رینٹ چارجز پے کرنے ہوں گے
